OUR STORY
Mano’s Authentic is a family-owned, specialty snack foods
manufacturer located just outside of Detroit, MI. For years our
family had served our Thin-Crust Pita Strips to thousands of
people in our family restaurant. The amazing response to our
Thin-Crust Pita Strips in the restaurant inspired us to spin off
the restaurant and launch them into their own snack line for the
masses to enjoy. We currently offer our delicious pita strips and
pita chips for retail, foodservice and private label customers.
Our all new, state-of-the-art production facility allows us to
produce the same great taste and quality of small-batch
products while still being able to handle high-volume orders.
